  • Why Attend TEDxBelltown Women?
    Experience the energy of live interactions and exclusive content at the all-day event. Gain great connection, experience the vibes of local music, voices, food, entertainment, and power networking with thought leaders and innovators during live presentations that you can’t get from a screen.

  • When Can I buy tickets to the event?

Tickets are live and you can get them here while they last. Due to limited availability, they are expected to sell quickly. Sign up for the newsletter to stay up to date. All Day of tickets include all speakers and performers, breakfast, lunch and dinner appetizer options, refreshments, cocktail party, exclusive giftbag and after party access. The price per ticket is $150 plus Eventbrite site fees.

  • After-Party Event Tickets
    After-party tickets are available to the public and can be purchased separately. Those that purchase a full day TEDxBelltown Women's ticket automatically have access to the afterparty. This exclusive event includes live music, refreshments, drinks, and the chance to mingle with speakers, guests, founders, innovators, influencers, entrepreneurs and more. Get After party tickets here, they are live and open to the public for $35!

What Happens on the Day of the Event?
Attendees can look forward to a full day of engaging talks, networking opportunities, and immersive experiences. Detailed schedules will be provided closer to the event to help you plan your day. Doors open at 9:30 a.m.

Is There a Streaming Online Option for This Event?

Unfortunately, there will not be a streaming options in 2024 due to set up, timing and not enough streaming ticket interest.

  • On-Demand Access: Post-event, the recordings will be available for you to revisit the inspiring talks and performances once they are added to the TED Global platform.

  • How Can I Apply to Be a Speaker?
    2024 speaker applications are closed. But we still want to hear from you and you can apply for 2025. If you have an idea worth spreading submit here at Speaker Submissions. We value unique insights and powerful stories that align with our theme of UnlimiTED: Reinventing Realities for 2024.

  • What Support Is Provided to Speakers?
    Speakers receive comprehensive support throughout their preparation, including feedback on their presentations, technology checks, and rehearsal opportunities to ensure a polished delivery. Speaker videos will be uploaded post event in perpetuity.

  • How Do I Volunteer for TEDxBelltown Women?
    Thank you for your interest! To become a volunteer and help us create an inspiring event, please visit our Volunteer Submissions to find the role that fits your skills and interests or share other ways you want to contribute.

  • What Commitment Is Required for Volunteers?
    Volunteers can choose from day-of-event roles, which require a single full-day commitment, or join our Core or Extended Core Teams for a longer engagement helping to plan and execute the event. Usually 5-10 hours a week depending on needs or assistance the day of the event.

  • Is TEDxBelltown Women a Registered Non-Profit?
    This independent TEDx event is operated under license from TED. TEDxBelltown Women is not a nonprofit itself, but is partnered with a local registered non profit, The Well Mind Project, per the TED Global guidelines, so that sponsor contributions/donations are tax-deductible through a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
