When Can I buy tickets to the event?
Tickets will go live again in 2025 for our highly anticipated event. Starting at $150 per person.
What Happens on the Day of the Event?
We had a sell out success for 2024 and are cooking up more success, connection, education, and fun for 2025 that will be updated soon.
Is There a Streaming Online Option for This Event?

How Can I Apply to Be a Speaker?
2024 speaker applications are closed. Please check back in the Spring of 2025 for the next event theme, and application opening dates to apply and submit online.
What Support Is Provided to Speakers?
Speakers receive comprehensive support throughout their preparation, including feedback on their presentations, technology checks, and rehearsal opportunities to ensure a polished delivery. Speaker videos will be uploaded post event in perpetuity.
How Do I Volunteer for TEDxBelltown Women?
Thank you for your interest! To become a volunteer and help us create an inspiring event, please check back in 2025 when applications will open again.
What Commitment Is Required for Volunteers?
Volunteers can choose from day-of-event roles, which require a single full-day commitment, or join our Core or Extended Core Teams for a longer engagement helping to plan and execute the event. Usually 5-10 hours a week depending on needs or assistance the day of the event.

Is TEDxBelltown Women a Registered Non-Profit?
This independent TEDx event is operated under license from TED. TEDxBelltown Women is not a nonprofit itself, but is partnered with a local registered non profit, The Well Mind Project, per the TED Global guidelines, so that sponsor contributions/donations are tax-deductible through a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
